Note: Effective April 1, 2010 the SuperMed network has been expanded to include a total of 61 counties. Please check the online directory to verify that your provider is part of the SuperMed network based on the county in which you wish to receive services. If your current provider is in your current network, but not yet in network with SuperMed, please note that we will continue to process those services at the in network level of benefits through April 30, 2010. The payment for services rendered will be sent to you, please send those funds directly to the provider. If you receive a bill from the provider for anything other than your deductible, coinsurance, copayments or any non covered services, then contact the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card and we will intervene on your behalf to limit your liability. |
